Yes, all hires require payment in full before you can take delivery of the hire equipment.
That really depends on what you are hiring, some equipment can be used without training. Other equipment may require some training from our staff. If you are not sure how to use something, it’s always better to ask when you pick up the gear. PLUS, before calling us, you can always download the manual (real men DO read manuals). These manuals are also available in hard-copy upon pickup of your equipment. However, if you’re still hesitant about operating the equipment, it may be best to have one of our trained staff at your event.
